Authorization procedures and Environmental Impacts Evaluation

Authorization procedures

The construction of structures and systems (also with their connection lines to national electrical lines) includes the development of authorization procedures under the law, which is constantly evolving.

FAROGB & partners attends the processing of the documents required by the authorization procedure and the coordination of all the stakeholders involved in the procedure.

Here there are some examples of authorization procedures:

  • "autorizzazione unica" (Single European Authorization) under the law DLgs 387/2003;
  • building permits (SCIA, DIA, PdC, PAS, CIL, ecc);
  • landscape authorization under the law Dgs 42/2004 and editing of the landscape report under the law DPCM 12/12/2005;
  • management of the interference of the electrical lines and the other infrastructures, public water, etc, permits of the Ministry of economic development, transition constraint on public or private lands.

Environmental impact evaluation

The environmental impact evaluation is an important tool to obtain the integration of environmental analysis in the buildings and systems design, in order to provide the sustainability of the projects in local background.

FAROGB & partners provides the evaluation, study and monitoring of the environment and its components, the design of mitigation works and landscape requalification, also with the important support of experts.

The most important activities are the coordination of VIA procedures with local authorities and the editing of:

  • Environmental Impacts analysis;
  • Landscape reports;
  • Environmental monitoring projects;
  • Specialist analysis for bio, human and phisical components (air, noise, vibration, soil and subsoil, water);
  • Integrated design in landscape architecture and nature engineering.
