Graduated in environmental engineering in 1999 and master's degree in public management, he worked for ten years with the municipality of Turin in urban and private building offices and for one year with Environment and Development Direction. Consultant for FAROGB in design of heating and mechanical systems, environmental impacts evaluation, urban planning, in developing energetic audit and feasibility studies and projects of efficient employment of energy in buildings for public or private subjects.
